"Stock info could be soooo much better"
I tried ordering twice, and both times the meds I needed ended up being out of stock. The site still showed them as available before checkout, which was prettyyy annoying. I really hope they update the availability more accurately going forward...

"Shipping was quick, honestly"
I ordered from High Street Pharma and, yeah, the shipping was actually faster than I thought it would be. I got the tracking email after a little bit of a wait, nothing crazy, and the package showed up in about a week, so that was... decent overall.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is the updates were kind of slow at the start. I was checking and thinking, okay, is it moving or... but once it got going, delivery was fine. No real problem in the end.

"Payment worked, but I wanted more reassurance"
The payment went through without any trouble, but I felt a little unsure at first because the checkout page looked basic. Once I got the confirmation email right after paying, I felt better about it. I just think adding clearer security info or payment badges would make the process feel safer. Overall, it was fine, just not as reassuring as it could be.

"Wish I’d Read the Reviews First"
I’m not too happy with the quality. It just felt off to me, and after using it, I kind of regret not reading the reviews first. Definitely not what I was expecting.

"Showed up right on time"
My order arrived on the day they said it would, and the tracking updates were clear the whole way through. I’ve had deliveries in the past where I had to keep chasing for info, so it was nice not having to do that this time. The package showed up in good shape and the whole process was straightforward, which is really all I was hoping for

"Refund was easier than I expected"
I returned my order and thought it might turn into a hassle, but actually, no, it was straightforward. The refund came through after a few days and I didn’t have to chase anyone much, which was a relief

"Am I the only one whose prescription took forever?"
Am I the only one who’s had this happen? My prescription got messed up, and it felt like it took way too long for them to get back to me. Frustrating when you’re just trying to get something sorted out.

The box showed up dented, which was disappointing. Thankfully, the items inside were still okay, but the packaging definitely could’ve been more secure. I’d expect a bit more care and accountability with how orders are packed and shipped

"Felt like a bait and switch with the tracking"
I placed my order and got a tracking number quickly, so I figured everything was moving along. But then the tracking just sat there for days with no updates at all. It gave me that bait and switch feeling, like they made it seem like it had shipped when nothing was actually happening.
